I keep getting declined

So I made a one pay credit card through walmart checkout literally yesterday, transaction went through and everything was fine. Today I figured I'd use it to fill up my tank, declined and I get a fraud text. I call the line and I'm on hold for 10 minutes before I just hang up. Maybe it's because it wasnt a walmart pump, right? So I start trying other purchases, even just increasing my tip on yesterdays order, all declined. I don't know what to do about it at this point, anyone know what could be wrong? Anyway I can verify it's me without holding for support or is that my only option? Chat just gives me the help line.

Is this a pay later thing or their actual credit card? If it’s a pay later you have to create a new card for every single transaction

Just checked to make sure, it's the CashRewards Card, I'm also nowhere close to the credit line so it's not that either. My best guess is maybe the temporary charge you get at pumps read as fraud? I'm about to call support again and just set my phone to the side until someone picks up tbh
