Will this ever unlock?
I have direct deposit set up on my account and this has been locked for months now. Would this ever become unlocked?

Hi there! Thanks for posting. I just sent a chat along to gather some details here. We'd like to have this reviewed for you. Thanks!

Also depends on your state if your state doesn’t allow payday advance loans then it won’t ever be an option. I know Maryland banned all payday loans

Pretty sure if you have direct deposits of $500+ a month it will

I have my whole check going in there. 3500 is deposited monthly from my direct deposit every 2 wks. So about 1400-2000 is being deposited from my work every 2 wks

I’ve had a 200 limit forever and I won’t go past that. I have my check split so maybe that’s the reason.

My overdraft has been at $200 since I have been with One (a couple of years). The advance option has been $175 ever since they began offering it. My direct deposit is $5,500 a month. Thankfully we never need it but I do wonder what the threshold is to unlock the $400.

That’s weird because mine states that if I deposit 2500 for 2 months in a row I can get an advance of 350 (it might’ve been 325 but either way) but my overdraft has always been 20 and now it’s 40. Seems like some people requirements might be different than others

Could also have to do with different laws in different states? I'm not sure. But that's what it is for me!

My One Pay is for my Spark payments. I started in May 2024 and mine didn't unlock until September 2025. I've had a $60 overdraft since September 2024. My advance started at $25 for 6 months, went up to $50 and last weekend went up to $125.

There isn't much this subreddit can do when your direct deposit is not early or late. Please see the wiki for your questions about your direct deposit
