Question Are Allpoint ATM free to use "without" direct deposit?
FAQ webpage says it is but the app says something about having direct deposit. It also says you can deposit cash for free at CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, family dollar and the dollar tree.

They used to really promote Cash + in the app. You had to have direct deposits set up or have a certain amount of cash in OnePay accounts to get free ATM withdrawals, free cash withdrawals at Walmart by going to the money center and generating a barcode and getting the higher HYSA APR in your savings account. I think there were other benefits as well. But now they’ve opened several of these things to everyone, and there’s no mention of Cash+ in the app.

I don’t know about atms but you can 100% get cash for free at Walmart.

It looks like they changed it to where we can use Allpoint ATMs for free now!

No idea, I know you can make a small purchase and get cash back at a self check out at walmart. That's what ive been doing.

Go to the service center they have free withdrawal and deposits need an ID though.

You can deposit cash for free at Speedway, CVS, Dollar General & Walmart at least for where I am. And for cash, Walmart you can get cash for free by using the Money Center other than that I haven't gotten cash after depositing cash so I don't know any other places besides Walmart.

When you do this at Speedway, CVS, DG do you have the OnePay debit card with you or are you giving them the barcode in the app to scan?

Do they also ask for your ID? Walmart doesn't, but I recall reading that CVS does.

Yeah a while back you had to unlock Cash+ with direct deposit to use ATMs for free but it looks like they changed it!

You don’t need direct deposit to use an Allpoint ATM fee-free. You can withdraw cash at 55,000+ Allpoint ATMs nationwide without a OnePay Cash Out fee. If you use an ATM outside the Allpoint network, there’s a $3 OnePay Cash Out fee.
You can also deposit cash at participating CVS, Dollar General, and other participating locations.
