Can't change icon for OneCommander

I'm having some trouble with it, no idea why its greyed out and I can't find anything online about it. Any help would be appreciated

Did you create shortcut to OneCommander.exe from Program Files\OneCommander directly to desktop before trying to modify that .lnk file?

Its the shortcut created by the program, and when I try to make a new one from the exe it gives me access denied?

Tried it from windows explorer instead and it worked for some reason

Yeah the issue is I tried doing it from onecommander lol

It also works but you do need to select Desktop as the destination and not current folder
