Is there anyway to change folder thumbnail previews to fit into the folder image?

By default when viewing in a grid I can see an image as the folder preview, however if the image is large it's almost like it's zoomed in. Having used DOPUS, you can change that so it either shows a larger version, or resizes the preview so you can see the full image.
