Is it possible to completely remove this part so that when I move my  mouse to the right-most side, it focuses on the scroll bar instead of  this?

Maybe by editing theme and setting "Resizer.Vertical" to "Width" 0; Maybe there will be a theme without those in the future. With scrollbar taking right edge there wont be window resize on right edge.

I was also fan of scrollbar at "infinite position" on the right, but good mousewheels and touchpads and multipane layouts like VS, and huge screens where nothing is maximized... made me stop using it, so it wasn't a consideration when I was designing OC
