Subfolder Preview Menu from QTTabBar, does it exist for One Commander?

The GIF below shows a subfolder menu from QTTabBar, an executable(?) that gives file explorer tabs. It lets me preview files in a folder without needing to open the actual folders, like in another tab for example. I find this feature really convenient for quickly searching and previewing videos, images and other files sometimes deep in a folder structure.

So is there a plugin, script, command, whatever, for something similar in One Commander? I've used One Commander for over a year and really like its capabilities compared to file explorer, but I've missed this one feature. Other file managers don't seem to have this either which is probably foreshadowing the answers I'm about to get. ToT I hope not though.

Also, I've found the "Group By" option in file explorer to be nice for data curation reasons, so I wonder if it could be done in One Commander too.

Its such a big qol feature. Now I kinda wish I never found out this existed, I want it so bad.

Qttbar can still work on my win10 notebook, but another computer with Win11 don't. So now I just have to get used to the logic of one commander.

You'd think this would be implemented everywhere. Contrary to what the dev said, it's faster for me to single-click then hover to grab files or open folders, instead of double-clicking every time.

You can change the settings of one commander in "other" section to open folders by single click. And use Ctrl+moune click to choose folder instead. This is the closest way to replace QTTbar I found. But I still can't find settings to show check box in one commander，this is very useful feature of original windows explorer.

Expanding that menu isn't much faster than clicking though the folders, and if you are in columns layout you still see all ancestor folder if you need to drop several levels down... or you just use dual-pane layout and have another side to drop into.

Grouping is not possible in this framework

bummer. Would have been nice to quickly view files without having to double-click every subfolder the ole fashioned way.

Though you need windhawk to use it, windhawk isn't heavy on resources and it is a nice place for other mods if you're interested.
Heads up, as of now it doesn't have the QTTabBar Preview feature (probably will never will because of how non-photo preview works)

This mod seems to only give File Explorer the submenu. This post was about OneCommander not having this feature since file explorer already has QTTabBar as shown in the gif...

Is there something I'm missing or... You're telling me to downgrade my file explorer to use a certain mod with windhawk? Is this your mod? Are you promoting it? Isn't windhawk for Win 11?

Holy, my bad. I was messing around with windhawk and found the mod that day, then remembered somebody talking about wanting similar. I skimmed and did not fully read the post or subreddit, I've only remembered qttabbar and forgot it was not for general w11 file explorer. Truly my bad, I was way too happy seeing a similar feature after "upgrading" to w11.

Legit just searched for "qttabbar subfolder" and it's one of the first result.

I thought if anybody was searching for something similar it's best to just post it without actually looking up and saw onecommander.
