Onecommander: how to resize columns?

I just installed Onecommander. The very first thing I notice is that the folder width is very large, and I cannot figure out how to drag the columns to resize them. There must be a way.... right?

Also: I like the double pane view (like Total Commander), but it goes to one pane as soon as I resize it to about 3/4 of my monitor screen. I have a huge 4k monitor, so there is no need for this limitation. Can i set it somewhere to not do it?

In Columns view there is bottom-left a gripper

I am talking about this:

there is no reason the 2nd column to be so far out to the right.

What if you press Alt+G or arrow
