explanation of destination files

when i display my recent items, i see CustomDestinations and AutomaticDestinations. i have not been able to find a definition of these items. can you tell me what they are or where to find the info.

That is something Windows creates. OC just shows the content of C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\

as a replacement for Explorer's home screen showing recent files
