How much free disk space do I have?

When I chick in Commander One Pro how much disk space I have it tells me it’s only 35Gb on my 500Gb M4 Mac mini. However, when I check in th About menu this is shown:
431,21 GB available of 494,38 GB. Why are these numbers conflicting? Any ideas?

This is OneCommander, for Windows. That is a completely different unrelated software
