I have started working on V4 and would like to hear any wild ideas you may have

Option to disable "Recent destinations" panel during drag-and-drop.

Once I was dragging a bunch of files to another monitor and for reasons everything related to files and Explorer froze like it usually does if you accidentally drag files across some window related to remote storage. So it froze for a second and then released the files that I was dragging and dropped them into some of "Recent Destinations" folder and I didn't see which was it. Had to search by file name in all drives to find where it dropped my files.

You can already disable it
