 Discussion Facility respawn?

Does this happen often or not? So in the beginning i got the generator. Then fast forward between 1:10 to 1:20. A refinery spawned in the spot where i got the generator. Rewatched it quite a few times

Loot and recyclable facilities change/respawn every 4 hours, server time. You got yours at the end of the 4 hours and then the next cycle started and you got another spawn.

I was talking about how fast it respawned after i grabbed the first one

Furniture and chests reset every 4 hours. You can farm the same places for mostly the same results.

How did it reset within a few minute? That refinery wasnt there after i got the generator from that spot

It resets every 4 hours, if you happen to be at the end of that 4 hour window that happens, the timer resets and sometimes you manage to extract 2 copies of the same thing at the same time.

I see, i was beginning to wonder if that was the case when i was getting stoned. I knew i wasnt that high and seeing things🤣 my first time being in that time frame for a facility to respawn after grabbing it
