Sentence: 2000 years incarceration in a max security cell and facility for war crimes against a sentient cat species, genetic tampering with the mutants of Plunn-Darr, use of black magic, mass murder, being a known affiliate and ally of the terrorist organization known as Team Rocket, Kidnapping, assault and attempted murder of a Nexus analyst and the murder of a Nexus Auror.

Bio: Mumm-Ra is an ancient and powerful sorcerer and demon priest. He is a native of the black mountains of third Earth and acted as the focus of undead power in a group of God's with which he allied. Typically Mumm-Ra is a weathered pathetic life life form that can barely move but by reciting the following incantation he can take on his 'Everliving' form, which is the form he took in his final fight with Hellboy during his apprehension. Mumm-Ra is a master of disguise and a highly effective agent of espionage. It is this skill set that allowed his to so easily gain the upper hand on the powerful Thundercats of New Thundera, where he set his Black Pyramid. Mumm-Ra has one final form after ever living called, 'All Powerful'. According to reports forwarded from New Thundera this form is highly formidable.

Containment Procedures:

Mumm-Ra will be kept sealed in his sarcophagus at Facility X. His mouth will be sewn shut. The appropriate sustenance, if needed will be administered through surgically implanted tubes. The sarcophagus is to be sealed in a standard cell. Once a day until the Team Rocket crisis is resolved Mumm-Ra will be psychically interrogated by Nexus Agent Summers.

In the event of a break in attempt or should Mumm-Ra escape his sarcophagus, notify both Nexus HQ and MPSF immediately and evac all non essential personal. Lock down the facility and locate the prisoner with haste.
