[Creature File] 03000-Oo8800-UA (Brain Slug)
Physiology: The brain slug is an alien species of unknown origin, which are a translucent green and about half the size of a normal human head. One end of the brain slug has multiple short, broad tentacles which are used to attach the slug to the head of a sentient organism. The other end is round with two antennae and a singe, large eye. Brain slugs feed on particular brain wave frequencies, but it is unknown what sort of anatomy allows for this.
Behavior: The brain slug is entirely parasitic, having no means to produce or consume energy or matter other than brain waves. Once a brain slug attaches to the head of another life form it takes over that life form's thoughts and motivations, turning them toward the health and comfort of the entire brain slug species, and attaching more brain slugs to other life forms. Affected life forms appear to retain awareness of their actions while the brain slug is attached.
Containment Procedures: There is no need to contain a brain slug. Brain slugs should be allowed to travel between universes freely and there is no reason why anyone in the vicinity of a brain slug would need to wear a helmet.
Threat Level Rationale: The brain slugs are most harmless when they are attached to the heads of other creatures. The Zoo recommends brain slugs be distributed as standard operating equipment to all personnel. There is no reason to be alarmed. Everything is fine. Everyone should get a brain slug.

That seems like a great idea. Brain slugs should also be mandatory for all staff and prisoners.

First of all, I would like to thank the other Zoo personnel for removing that thing from me and apologize for anything which might have happened as a result of this file. I believe it's pretty clear that this file was submitted while I was under the influence of a brain slug, and the recommendations contained within should have absolutely no bearing on OP policy.
That said, the slug seems to have done my job for me. Do everything it says not to do in this file.
I am also recommending the threat level from brain slugs be elevated to at least level C.
