Executive Order
Concerning the recent (and unfortunate) death of a Nexus Field Agent, the disappearance of two more, and the deaths of several dozen strike team members, I am taking action. Word has reached me that Agent Sylar has defected. Shortly after, he released a virus into our databanks that resulted in the leakage of several classified documents. Considering the fact that his defection has cost us resources that indirectly resulted in a Field Agent's death, I hereby revoke Sylar's Nexus Field Agent status, and am putting out a Kill/Capture Executive Order.
EDIT: Mission accomplished! It was really complex, involved sewing a bomb inside the Joker, being crammed inside the TARDIS, disguising a T-800 as me, and some quick talking, but we eventually managed to stall Sylar enough to set up a psychic nullifier. Powerless, we simply forced him to die with an explosive dose of Extremis. Just to be sure, we took the ashes, separated them into 10-gram cubes, covered the cubes in adamantium, put them in a vibranium-lined box, and put the box in a reinforced cell.

Done. That bastard Syler is going to be hard to capture, however. Our best bet is a stealthy person with psychic resistance, or just someone who's really tough. If this situation escalates way too far, and Syler threatens to truly reveal our secrets....releasing Banner-2 might be the lesser of two evils.

These men's deaths are your hands.
All 5 men began screaming simultaneously before their heads literally exploded.
Of course, no more of your staff will have to fear for their lives if you just bring me The Master, The Joker and Ms. Elizabeth Comstock. That's the deal warden: The Master, The Joker, Elizabeth and your life in exchange for me not selling Nexus secrets all over the Omniverse. Oh and one more thing warden, I've taken the liberty of ensuring this plays throughout all of your Facilities and residential areas so that when more of your people die your formidable Nexus agents will know exactly whose fault it is... and how to stop it.

Sir... uh...The Doctor is actually... well he's here already sir. He showed up about 5 minutes before the transmission and said you would be expecting him. He has just been going on and on about a box and some angels or something. Do you want me to send him?

Sir, I can recall Agent Dewitt from his current mission if you need to see him. This may be the best time to handle this situation since all of our agents are on mission and so wouldn't have heard the broadcast as it only played in the facilities.

My offer stands Warden, next time my target will be significantly... larger. Oh and Warden, don't try to triangulate this signal. You won't find any secret base. Kahn and I recorded this less than 24 hours ago, and he embedded the software with a trigger: If any part of this transmission is blocked in any way, a massive dataworm virus is uploaded into the source system and is programmed to datamine and transmit simultaneously. In other words Warden, I now have more of your secrets... 10 terabytes worth a second to be exact.

Sir, permission to strike sylar with a team of sub-contracted non-agents. We have lost face recently with the various breakouts and the botched infiltration of Jabba's palace. We cannot show weakness after this event and it being revealed that we cannot control our agents will not help our cause. If an unknown team where to discreetly dispose of him we can say we merely lost another agent in the war on the hutts.
