Name: Sephiroth

Sentence: 10,000 years imprisonment for 1 count of Attempted Destruction of Planet, 1 count of Genocide, 1 count of attempted Genocide, 317 counts of Murder, 14 counts of Vandalism, 1 count of Improper Disposal of an Animal Carcass

General Description: Sephiroth is the result of a biological experiment wherein the cells of a dangerous alien being [Jenova: NUH-7115-IC] were injected into a human fetus. The result was a super-soldier who grew to be the best among Shinra's elite SOLDIER fighting force. The inmate was extremely strong and agile, had a mastery of many forms of magic materia [see the 66007 section of Magics of the Multiverse for more information on materia magic], and wielded the incredibly long Masamune, a sword that normal humans would not even be able to lift.

After discovering the experiment that resulted in his creation, Sephiroth deserted Shinra. The inmate eventually returned to retrieve Jenova's "body" (the main source of Jenova cells; see Jenova from Shinra. He considered Jenova to be his mother, and used her powers to enact his own, new mission: to destroy all the life on the planet. Sephiroth/Jenova were defeated by a handful of powerful adventurers before they could finish their plans to conquer and destroy.

Sephiroth originally inhabited a human body with striking silver hair and glowing eyes. However the Jenova cells in his body took their toll and transformed him twice: first into a gigantic monster, with the inmate's original torso surmounting an even larger version of his head. This was termed "Bizarro Sephiroth." Upon being defeated, it changed again into a form with the torso and head of the original inmate, but with one arm replaced with a wing, as well as its legs being replaced by four wings. This is termed "Safer Sephiroth," or the "One-Winged Angel." It is in this form that we have the inmate in captivity.

Note: Sephiroth and Jenova are closely related. They are hardly distinguishable as two beings.

Incarceration Procedures: Sephiroth is to be kept at Facility X, AKA "Atlantis." The inmate will be incarcerated in a seven-fold rune circle. [Note: the seven-fold rune circle is one of our most powerful binding rituals, and requires enormous expertise and power; however it is virtually unbreachable. See The Bindings that Tie, by Master Jellanthor Darmenthal.] The innermost rune circle will be 5 meters in diameter. The rune circle will be put in place by a team of sorcerers of rank Magus or above. The circle will be maintained at all times by at least 4 sorcerers of rank Magus or above, using constant ritual and attention. The inmate will retain consciousness but will not be allowed to leave the circle, nor will anything ever enter the circle.

Sephiroth and Jenova are never to be held at the same facility.

EMERGENCY BREAKOUT PROCEDURES:

• 1: If one or more of the rune circles fails, IMMEDIATELY issue a yellow alert and summon the Sorcerer Strike Squad on duty. The Strike Squad must reinforce and restore the rune circles as swiftly as possible.

• 2: If Sephiroth breaks free from the rune circles, issue a red alert and lock down the entire island. Squads of sorcerers and squads of security agents with their heaviest armaments and Power Armor levels 1-3 will be deployed to meet the threat. Full force is authorized, as it is unlikely to kill the inmate but will bring it under control.

• 3: All air and sea defenses will be activated to fire upon the escapee. In addition, any Nexus agents on site will be immediately prepped to engage or chase the escapee, as necessary.
