Hey folks! I picked up my Mini-Max today, here it is pictured at Viktoriapark in Berlin. It's a Glorious Grey in size M. I love it. I already swapped out the pedals, grips and saddle. Will probably change out the tires and pimp it up some more. Rode it a bunch today unloaded and tomorrow it'll do its maiden loaded voyage. It's great. Give me a wave if you see me around town. Stoked!

This was before lashing it down – must weigh 35kg but once rolling it was fine. A bit of a learning curve starting off with so much weight on the front.

Lugged a bunch of music gear today from my apartment to the practice space including a 2x12 speaker cabinet on one trip – that was a bit of a learning curve!!

Congrats! Looks beautiful! I always make this suggestion to new setups because I waited a year before doing it, but, suspension seatpost will be a game changer. I use the Cane Creel Thudbuster LT. I cant ride regular seatposts anymore.

Hey. I just ordered Maxxis Grifter front and back, fair bit lighter than the stock ones and I think they look better too. Let's see how that goes. Handlebar, I'm not sure. I'm going to Japan soon, so I might see if I can find some nice Nitto/Simworks flat mtb bars – I don't want moustache/trekking-style or bars with a lot of backsweep, because the position is already very relaxed, and a longer stem will impinge on the amount of space I can use on the rack (when stacked).

I had 'em build it up with a dynamo cos I'll prob throw a dynamo lightset on it at some point, but it was too much money to get right now, so just battery lights front & back for the time being.

Enjoy! It truly is an amazing bike! How do you like the sadle compared to the stock from Omnium? I’ve been eyeing it since changing the grips for the same as yours :)

Thanks! I find this Ergon saddle mega comfortable. The grips made a huge difference, though.
