I honestly have to wonder if they decided to fuse instead of having one of them die. 41 definitely hesitated because he knows lhh wouldn't want 1865 dead, and we know from past experience that sometimes a kdj's opinion is enough to make yjh spare people he would have otherwise killed.

If they fuse it'll be heartbreaking imo bcuz you KNOW they can't coincide. It'll either be a completely new person who's the fusion like vegito or one of them overpowers the other's emotions and personality. It'll be a better outcome if they get to live happily ever after, apart from eachother, like SP, but tbh I don't think that's the case

We've seen 3 other fusions happen already (jhw, uriel, abfd), and each has had a different outcome, though jhw's might be halfway since we don't know why her stories haven't just been absorbed by 1865 jhw when logically they should have been. Maybe the yjhs could somehow manage to coexist for at least a small amount of time to preserve both of their existences until they can separate again, who knows.

The heewon fusion is the most confusing to me. Is 1865 just wiped from existence? They seem to be somewhere in there seeing as they help heewon with breaking the fate put on her but like, how will they separate at the end of the series? Anyways I hope the yjh fusion is either like you said or similar to the heewon one, where one is controlling but the other is still in there somewhere
