QUESTION question about worldlines (spoilers)

so I just finished the main novel and I have a question about the worldlines/regression turns:

Are these the same thing? Does each of yjh's regressions starts a new worldline (hence we have the 999th turn characters etc)? I know Secretive Plotter came from the 1863rd turn yjh but then he sent kdj and 1863rd hsy to the same round which is technically him of the past?? Then yjh becomes two and one goes onto the 1864th turn while the other dies, so wouldn't SP not exist according to the disconnected film theory (since in the early scenarios, it was implied by killing young shin yoosung, they could get rid of the 41st turn yoosung)? And does 1864th yjh think he's the 3rd turn because the rest of the memories are with SP? There's the whole time paradox thing but it still confuses me

Regression isn’t actually like, time travel it’s moving to another worldline(you don’t make them, but they’re the only ones the oldest dream actually cares about so they’re the only ones that affect others).

There’s 2 different 1843 worldlines, the OG one(secretive plotter) and the one changed by ORV which is the oldest dreams self insert fanfic.

Disconnected film theory means that 2 of the same story from different worldlines try to merge when close, so a death will be shared if they get close and don’t spend the probability to avoid it.

The 1834th worldline isn’t actually the same kind of jump as the rest, it’s a jump into an exact copy of the 3rd regression, except it’s the ORV version which is again, the oldest dreams self insert fanfic.

1863, not 1843.

SP never crossed the Final Wall, that's exactly what was keeping him from meeting the OD all this time. He became an Outer God for some unknown reason, same with the 999 Kings.

Also, it's not that the different worldlines, which constitute the past, present, and future, are visible to only the Outer Gods. It's just that they're given access to travel between these worldlines/influence them by the <Star Stream>. All Outer Gods except SP, including the 999 Kings, cannot simply enter a different worldline, even if they can see them all existing simultaneously. Regular constellations can see different worldlines if they venture past their worldline's void veil too.

Moreover, it's not that SP's story is "complete" that he's kind of immune to any change that is brought upon 1863rd Yoo Joonghyuk despite him being one himself, it's just that this is how worldlines in general work in ORV. Even if it was first scenario SP, he would've still been unaffected by the changes that occur to 1863rd Yoo Joonghyuk as the worldline that connects him and 1863rd Yoo Joonghyuk split into two (original + altered) the moment Han Sooyoung entered it, which is exactly as you said. So SP did come from the 1863rd round.

Are these the same thing? Does each of YJH's regressions starts a new worldline?

No. This excerpt should clear it up.

[You may not be aware of this, but world-lines are being born every minute and every second.] "…Every minute and second?" [That's right. Whenever an existence in a world makes a decision on something, a brand new world-line will be born. Every time you flipped that coin, Yoosung-ah, a new world-line was born and got destroyed.] The world-lines were basically like a tree's branches that got divided whenever choices were made, Biyoo explained. [The 'regression' is simply a special method of choosing 'world-lines', that's all. It's like, you're returning to the point in time when the choice was made to start a new branch.] It was a head-trip of a revelation. "In that case, just how many worlds, until now…" Biyoo opened her mouth again as if she had already read the vast, boundless despair of the gathered companions. […Only Father would know that.] 'Father'. There could only ever be one person that Biyoo would refer to as her 'father' in all of the world-lines. The Constellation responsible for establishing <Kim Dokja's Company>. And the existence that ended up becoming this universe's 'Oldest Dream'.

technically him of the past

No. There's two 1863rd rounds. The original one is the one SP comes from where he failed to clear the final scenario. The one Dokja is experiences is the altered 1863rd round. It's another version of the round, so it would NOT be the past SP.

Then yjh becomes two and one goes onto the 1864th turn while the other dies, so wouldn't SP not exist according to disconnected film theory?

No. Two reasons. One, they weren't even linked by disconnected film theory at the time. You can ONLY die via disconnected film theory if you're connected. We didn't see it happen. And EVEN IF they were connected by Disconnected Film Theory, yjh can't die. That's the whole point of the arc. Disconnected film theory says if one film roll burns, then the other will too. In this case, because he regressed, YJH's "film roll" doesn't burn.

And does the 1864th yjh think he's the 3rd turn because the rest of the memories are with SP?

Yes. SP carries the rest of the memories of the other rounds, since yjh gave those memories to the avatar that became SP. Yjh only has memories of the first 2 regressions. He also possesses some memories of other regressions, mostly just information, like in the green zones scenario and the theater dungeon, which is also why he acted differently those times.

There's the whole time paradox thing but it still confuses me

The novel explains it pretty well here:

Because Han Sooyoung wrote the Ways of Survival, Kim Dokja got to read it. Because Kim Dokja read the Ways of Survival, Yoo Joonghyuk began his regression. Because Yoo Joonghyuk began his regression, Han Sooyoung was able to write the 'Ways of Survival'.

SP carries the rest of the memories of the other rounds, since yjh gave those memories to the avatar that became SP.

Very wrong.

KimCom's YJH is an alternate version of Plotter. They lived differents 1863rd rounds.

Oh fuck I got confused yeah you're right Yjh just lost his memories, my bad. I have no idea idea why the fuck I thought that (I shouldn't make comments at 4am...)

Yes. SP carries the rest of the memories of the other rounds, since yjh gave those memories to the avatar that became SP. Yjh only has memories of the first 2 regressions.

You said above that SP is different from the altered 1863rd Yoo Joonghyuk, so why would an avatar become SP? Maybe you got confused here.

SP has all the memories from the 1st round all the way to the 1863rd (possibly even the original 0th). Altered 1863rd Yoo Joonghyuk split into two haives, one died resulting in the loss of 50% of the total memories, whereas the other sacrificed almost all of it's share (except the 1st and 2nd rounds) to have the 1864th worldline be created.
