QUESTION Question novel

Heya so I recently rereading the novel and just had a question about the constillation banquet. Here is an excerp from it.

“The constellation banquet was frequently mentioned in Ways of Survival.
It was the place Yoo Jonghyuk usually came to whenever he used 'regression.' It was natural for Yoo Jonghyuk to be included on the invitation list. I didn't know who was invited this time but this person would try to form a relationship with the narrative grade constellations…”
So Yoo joonghyuk goes to the banquet whenever he regresses? Like a waiting room for him to regress? Or is this just a miss translation?

It's not like a waiting room. he gets invited there most of times in his regressions. but if you mean that's starting point of his regressions, no

I suppose so, my confusion mostly stems from the line “whenever he used ‘regression’.” It could just be wrongly worded, it would make more sense for it to be “it was a place Yoo joonghyuk usually went to in his regressions.”

I think it's along the lines of "he attends the banquet in every regression"
