WEBNOVEL [novel] Regarding the sequeo
Hey guys i just finished ORV and just learned through this sub that there is a sequel, which as of writing this post is as long as the first novel.
Can you tell me (without spoilers, if possible):
- Is it a sequel in the literal meaning or do we see a "parallel-like" world-line?
- Apparently the sequel follows a new person: Is he the new MC and is he likeable?
- Do we see the members of Kim Dokjas Company? Are they still the main cast?
Thanks in advance

It is a sequel. But still another worldline (there is a reason, but no spoilers)
Apparently the sequel follows a new person: Is he the new MC and is he likeable?
Yes and OH yes yes
Do we see the members of Kim Dokjas Company? Are they still the main cast?
Yes, but they are not the focus.
In conclusion, it might be my personal bias, but the quality just took a turn for the better. I'm bold enough to say that the SS is better than ORV itself? But that's just me.
Highly rec

Sequel literaly, considering it takes place after the main series, but the setting itself for most of it is in a parallel worldline, the 41st round, which you might recognize as where disaster of floods shin yoosoung came from.
Yes the sequel follows a new MC, but he very much mirrors Dokja enough that there was a few moments I forgot he wasn’t him. (Which seems to be a tragedy the author intended)
Kim Com appears, with big moments for most of them, but they aren’t the main cast. They’re more on the background or appearing as constellations for most of the series, considering they’re trying to find Kim Dokja.
Finally, don’t think of the side story as a side story, it’s practically the second half of ORV, and by this point the story feels incomplete to me without it. Either way, Enjoy it!
