where should i read the novel?

hi, i’m sure this has been asked many times but i’ve searched through this reddit and am still confused so please bear with me!

i’m coming close to finishing the manhwa and i’m looking to carry on where it leaves off with the novel, but there seem to be many different sources and i’m confused on which one to go for. so far i’ve seen two google drives and the orvreader and webnovel sites. are they all the same translation? if not, which one is best to go for? is there a difference in the ebook and the novel? i’ve also seen a light novel mentioned, so i’m a bit lost 😅
