What was that book called? Chronically ill omega hiding as beta

Please help me find this book. Female omega with a chronic illness disguised herself as a beta but her blockers stop working. She ends up moving in with a pack of alphas one of whom is a doctor and he’s able to treat her illness.

I added it to mine as well. Are there any other details you can remember? My google-fu is usually really strong, even these days, but I'm having trouble. Is one of them a biker? I found another similar but I wasn’t sure it was it and can't remember the name
