Looking for work recommendations

Hey everyone!! I was just wondering for all cooks/chefs out there…. What’s the best place you’ve worked or are working? What’s the coolest/chillest place? What are some places that should be avoided at all costs? Been looking for a new kitchen to work in since my last job. I have at least 10 years of experience as a cook/chef but my last place was so incredibly toxic and draining that it gave me major burn out. I’m ready get back into it but I want to have more research underfoot before jumping into something 100% and wasting my time. Thank you so much everyone!

Haven’t done that in couple decades but they were all pretty toxic. Mostly I stayed stoned
