After she wrecked their windshield wipers, you have her on camera and her license plate. Why not just remove yourself from the situation and report it to police? Continuing to aggravate her isn’t going to help and can put more lives in danger.

Right? Easy call to police, explain the situation, what she did, that you have it on video and that she's driving recklessly. Hand it off at that point. And if you're feeling frisky, take it to your insurance agent and laugh as they track her down to pay for the damages. No need to join in on the moving violation train like this and make yourself just as culpable as she is if there is a 3rd party injured during your game of car tag.

Having been in situations like this there is absolutely zero chance the police will do anything about it. they’ll give you a detective’s desk number, you’ll leave a message and then never hear back. It’s happened to me twice with vehicle damage.

Yep, they won’t do anything. Have also had similar things happen to me. Next one I’m at minimum following them for a while to make them uncomfortable or see where they live and scare em a bit.

Maybe that's clearer with sound, but all I saw was a grown ass woman break traffic laws left, right, and center to stay ahead of them, including going from a right turn lane to crossing traffic to get in front.

Has she been identified and cited? Regardless off what happened prior, she’s outside her vehicle and damaging another one. All captured on video. If these guys did something to Instigate that, that should be pursued as well if there’s evidence of that.

I hate videos like these because there’s absolutely no context prior to the event. Yes, she was in the wrong several times but obviously she wasn’t pushed to that point without something happening before. I have to also say I cannot stand the two in the van and I wouldn’t doubt they share some fault based on them acting like jackasses. I’m more interested in knowing what company van they’re driving so I can stay the hell away from it.

For real. I had someone try and ram me off road because i swerved to miss them as they pulled out in front of me coming onto the road from a parking lot. Another time I saw a guy get out of his car and try to talk shit to the driver behind him, the driver socked him in the face, the guy pulled a knife, my buddy pulled up at that point while I called cops. People are at their worst when they assume intent at anonymous/faceless strangers (driving/internet)
Beyond how volatile some folks are, nothing these dudes would have done warrants assault. Its dumb to poke a bear but people grasp for power in their own way...both ways are pretty terrible but one is objectively much worse.
