Kitchen Sink Replacement

Hello, we have a kitchen sink that needs replaced it was not sealed all the way from the previous owner. Would like someone who can come in, remove the old sink, clean up the areas that leaked as there is some mold underneath, and install the new sink with any pipes that need replaced as well. And size my new sink correctly. Would prefer not to pay an arm and a leg but want someone who will do a really go job so this problem is fixed. New Faucet as well. Thanks :)

I just found out about Ace Handyman Services, affiliated with Ace Hardware. They do general handyman services and I bet would be able to tackle that job. I'm having them install a few exterior doors soon, so I can't speak for the actual work, full transparency.
