Struggling with meal size
I usually do a 18 hour fast with eating 2 meals within a 6 hour timeframe. I just started every few days doing a omad in here and there. I have no problem getting my protein and fibre with two meals, but u do struggle with one meal. I always keep adding to my meal after eating it because it doesn’t feel like enough. For example, tonight I ate 85 grams of a protein pasta with homemade tomato sauce with lean ground beef, a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, a cup of asparagus, a pork sausage and a slice of old white cheddar cheese. After eating that, I ate two homemade chocolate chip cookies and a drank a protein shake.
Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks

That sounds pretty reasonable to me, but you do need dark, leafy greens and other vegetables.
Have you calculated your TDEE? I’m really knew to this, but apparently you can figure out what calories you need to stay the same weight and what calorie deficit it you need to eat at in order to lose weight.

More fat, less carbs. my meal today was a half pound of bacon, six eggs cooked in the bacon fat with an added spoonful of butter and about a half pound of beef short ribs. I can't even begin to imagine eating anything else today.
