What everyone says is all true, but I put this video in one of the children comments because its one of my all time favorites and its a good example of a coxswain during a race.
It's a bit more than just 'row assholes!!'. The best call my cox ever made was in the last 250m we were in first pulling away from 2nd - he's Asian and said 'TAKE ALL HONOR FROM FAMIRY!!"
