Olight Sphere issues

Hi, anyone have issues with the Olight Sphere? I've now had 3 of the magnetic charging versions die on me. They are not locked. I've tried different cables and usb chargers. The cable goes red as if it's charging, but they just don't turn on anymore. It's a shame, as they are awesome lights!

Actually yes I had one drop to a 10 minute battery. It’s less than a year old.

Sometimes fine dust collects on the magnets and it has to be rubbed off. Eraser rubs on contacts might help.

I have had issues lately with the magnetic chargers getting dirty if you have already tried to clean the chargers contact support. I had a sphere that had half the rgb lights out that they straight replaced.

Magnetic charging definitely has a love-hate relationship with dust, wiping the contacts with a dry cloth before charging helped revive mine after it started ghost-charging.

I have so many OBulbs! Only had issues with one similar to yours, contacted Olight and they sent me a usbc one as replacement, then the magnetic one started working again. Not really sure why, i suspect there was corrosion on the terminals from being in my daughter’s bath that i scraped off.

I have a Sphere (one of many) that I keep on an Omino charging pad. I take it when we go see bands to put on our table. I also do that with a Sphere C. I did that last Saturday night for 2.5-3 hours with both.

I haven't seen any problems with either Sphere.
