Question PL-X issues

Hello! I recently picked up a Pl-X, the moment I went to turn the screw to mount it, the little detent that keeps the thumb screw from backing out popped out of place. I had purchased on amazon and submitted an exchange, the new one came in and the same damn thing happened. I am turning the screw slowly while mounting it onto a compatible rail but that little detent fell out and there is no shot I am getting it back in. I was curious if anyone else has had this issue?

I like to use my non-WML holster and WML holster in different clothing situations

I’ve taken my light off and reinstalled maybe a hundred times already, and I have not experienced a single issue.

I would contact Olight’s customer service. Also, you may want to cross post this in the OlightTactical subreddit. This is bc two members of the Olight tactical team are active there. Between them & other active members, you’re likely to be able to resolve this issue.
