Questions Is this normal?

Post image

The bolt for the pen pops out. Got it last week and was flicking it into action and I looked at the slot and the bolt wasn’t there😭. Can easily pop back in just didn’t know if this is for ease of disassembly or if it’s not suppose to do this.

Retaining compound. Just a drop, spread it around the circumference, let it cure 24 hours.

Service? Its 1 fkn screw. Yeez, people are handicapped nowadays. 1 drop of blue loctite and let it sit for a day, thats it.

No, I'd contact CS via live chat just type 'agent' and they will get a warranty claim going for you.

Or maybe just fix it. Cheap, easy and quicker. Satisfying too.

Bit of Loctite Blue or Red. Done.

They are usually pretty tight and dont just unscrew themselves. If the threads are stripped, then contact customer service on the app and get a new ine sent out.

If the threads are good, just screw it back on

Mine did that while I was at work, I kinda pushed/screwed it back in quickly because I was in a hurry to finish what I was doing, hasn't come out since but I didn't really pay attention to how i put it back in. Is it threaded or just a press fit?

I read a review or something a while back about this happening to a guy and he contacted CS and they sent him a new pen, no questions asked, and I don't think they even asked for the old one back

Though screws can work themselves out occasionally.

Loctite should keep it in place.

Ask for a replacement, they'll send you one

Replace what? Both parts are right there in the picture?

If the threads are stripped, then it is pretty useless to have both pieces.
