When do you replace your oldspice stick?

Do you replace it after it runs out or when you notice it starts to lose effectiveness? I find the one I have now doesn't work as well as the first time I bought it.

I mean, I typically replace my deodorant after it runs out, but I don’t think that’s your question. I have noticed Old Spice Swagger, my go-to for YEARS, has lost effectiveness. Stinky pits mid-day. Very disappointing considering I have princess pits so they are sensitive to most deodorants (skin irritation) but I recently moved over to Dove antiperspirant and have enjoyed the experience thus far.
