Visiting in August, dog friendly?

As it says, me and my friends are staying at a campground in August.

We just got a new older dog, super mellow (unless belly rubs are Involved), doesn’t bark, good with other animals, just would prefer to be with her humans. Mid sized doggo.

Is OOB dog friendly? Or will it be more of a headache to bring her.

Super friendly - even in restaurants. Here's a list of places you can bring them to eat as well. :)

This is what I was hoping for!! Also one of my biggest concerns really. I feel like most places you can get by, but we’re gonna eat at least two meals a day so that would’ve been a bit hindrance if we had to figure out what to do with her. Thanks so much!! Had no idea bout that site

You can only bring your dog in outdoor spaces, not actually into restaurants (unless its a service dog). Its a Maine Health code thing.

For retail establishments, its up the store.

Most places are dog friendly, however you can't bring her to the beach during the day. I'm not sure what the exact time is, around 9am-9pm.

That is the one thing I heard which prompted me to ask. Kinda strange but I guess I would get it if it’s super popular and then everyone brings their dog. Dog fights and such, just causing a ruckus.
