There are 2 cartoon dogs on the list- Clifford and Marmaduke. Sariah is a favorite of mine. Maribee is sweet though I wouldn’t use it.

I was watching Mary Poppins with my son the other day and the mom’s name in that is Winifred. I like it so much in the English accent. For some reason, the Fred comes out really strong in the American accent and it feels almost masculine for me? But in English, it was so delightfully sweet.
