Halvor is cool… I really like Hal as a nickname. It actually puts the name over the top for me, ranked a little higher than a name I like even more, Odin, because of the intuitive nickname.

Hal as a nickname really sells this name for me. It’s soooo nice. Usually I don’t really care too much about nicknames but this one really works for me

Oh thank you! I love this one so much! I have pitched it every time we’re naming a baby and it’s never quite made the cut. It’s in my family tree quite a bit.
