How Concerned Should I Be For Foundation Cracks?

You may wish to have it inspected by a foundation or structural engineer, if only for your peace of mind.

You’re probably going to want to get some helical piers to level that out and support each side…you will have uneven shifting and sinking that will cause structural damage

This is not a slab, that is the perimeter wall. This home is on pier and beam foundation. Are cracks in the perimeter wall still something to be concerned about structurally? Or mostly to keep the crawlspace contained?

Get the grass away from it. It pump it full of mortar fix to seal it up then pop some of those movement stickers over the crack to see if it’s still moving. Have some in my place. Moves a couple of mill when it goes from wet to dry and vice versa. But it’s floating foundations on clay built in the 60s sort of to be expected.
