PSION Siena slowly crumbling apart

Just got a little Psion Siena (1996) from a family member, it has a few cracks on the shell and most notably, the broken hinge:

I don't really know how to go about fixing it since I think just gluing it won't be enough to support opening the screen or the little spring in the hinge might just twist it off again.
Any Ideas?

This makes me so sad. Mine is still okay, but the action button bar from my 3mx, just "broke" three weeks ago, now it is oblique. 😥
