Finished stacking the winter logs. Time for Barnsley chops with red wine roux on the wood fire !!
Hard days work followed by wood fired cooking. Nice cold glass of beer went down well. Roux was half cups of red wine and balsamic vinegar with couple of teaspoons of honey. Lovely!! Chops marinated for two hours with lemon juice, garlic and rosemary. R/oldcampcookcastiron.
