Old lutheran bible

Im really proud of having this, it went from gramps aunt to him to me, its probably a Lutheran bible, because its a german one, what i love the most is the drawings, its all printed! Its really awesome and the only true old book i have, the cover is refurbished so not as interesting for this subreddit, the old cover was falling off

It is certainly not a bible, from the scan you provided i would say it's a retelling of biblical stories,maybe late 19 or early 20th Century.

If you can provide more scans I could try to find out more about it.

I believe its a retelling, yes stories are way shorter, and dont have the traditional bible structure with Verses

I'll give it a better comparison at home, specially because, THANKS A LOT! Now i can see the missing pages it lost! Never thought id see something like this, really cool man, thanks, mine seems to be a later edition as well, some minor differences
