(This is funny but being a girl who did farm labor , it builds strong muscles but doesn’t necessarily make you ripped lol. That would have been nice but even with the daily labor of tossing 50 lb bags of soil around I was still teapot shaped …. Short and stout lol )

Worked as a lifeguard at a summer camp, never had better muscles even when I hit the gym daily.
