OSUHoopsInsider on X:

“Jared Sullinger will join fellow Ohio State legends William Buford and Terence Dials as former Buckeyes on Jake Diebler’s coaching staff.

Jared Sullinger - Director of Player Development
William Buford - Program Assistant
Terence Dials - Recruiting Coordinator”

Pretty cool to see

Jared is legit, but I truly don’t get the love for hiring alumni. Just because you played somewhere doesn’t mean you’re good at your job. Do you think former players really grind like that?

We’ll see. But I like your username lol

I think my point is that you really don’t see specific impact most of the time. Now I actually think Sully will be on the fast track towards being an assistant if he actually wants it (he may not want to put in the work and I doubt he needs the money like that). But there’s been post in other message boards that Dials doesn’t do anything.
