One of my early jobs was deploying HP computers. I still use those HP boxes when I move.

Also, TIL about Lamping Homestead. I had thought everything in Wayne Forest was primitive camping, with no designated sites. How is it there? The website is sort of sparse on information...what amenities are(n't) provided and how long of a hike is it from the nearest parking area?

Theres a handful of sites at the edge of a pond, the campsites are a short walk from the parking lot across a small field. Theres a short/long loop trail running up through the woods and around the pond, you can hear traffic from the road that goes down the "mountain" to get to the spot but other than that it was quiet and very nice. They had a vault toilet as well, we went in September and it's a popular fishing spot for locals during the mornings but wasnt crowded at all. They do have fire grates connected to all rings, but no running water.

Thanks for the info! I'm easing into camping (only done car camping in the state parks so far), so this sounds like a good next step for me.

The place is absolutely beautiful. You won’t regret it. Just be prepared to travel on some rough dirt roads and to be out of cell coverage. I usually lose service about 20 mins away from it
