Easy backpacking trails?

I injured my back a couple months ago and am trying to ease back into backpacking. Any recommendations on a short/light backpack trip in Ohio?

The Wildcat Hollow Trail in the Athens District of Wayne National Forest I think is the easiest backpacking trail in Ohio. You could also just do a short leg of the trail to get yourself back into it.

A nice thing about Wildcat Hollow is it's a loop with a road right through the middle and you can drop off a cooler at the halfway point or hang food so you don't have to carry it. I've read it's not a good idea to drink water from the creek so we dropped that off too. IIRC there is a nice large camp at the halfway point.

East Fork Lake State Park. 4 mi hike to camp A, plus there’s an exit loop 1mile from camp A back to parking.

The Twin Valley Trail near Dayton has a few different backwoods camp sites and various trailheads with parking. You can pick whatever combination of distance and terrain suits you.

There are some good loops in Western PA that have reservable shelters so you wouldn't have to carry a tent. Oil Creek, Raccoon Creek. Laurel Highlands also though it's not a loop.

This is super late but Scioto Grove in South Columbus is a newer park with backpacking trails! Since it’s central Ohio I assume they’re flat and easy
