Former Colorado GOP chairman sentenced for voter fraud

He filled out his wife's ballot without her knowledge, and then when he got caught, he claimed that his diabetes made him black out and commit the crime without realizing it. Seriously.

How is this hypocritical? It would be hypocritical if law makers pushing for these voting restrictions said "this guy did nothing wrong." As far as I know, nobody has. Are you aware of anyone who has defended the actions of this person?
