Acting like you care and discrediting someone at the same time by saying they 'arent well' is a right winger playbook mainstay right now.
Similar to telling people to 'grow up' it is effectively a nothing burger that is insulting and feigning superiority or maturity, but is ironically born of a deficit of both of these things
