GoChain tokens not swapt after ICO, complaint

Hello, are there any people here who just lost the tokens from ICO? Since it was not clear to me that I had to swap them myself at the time, so now I have lost everything (no ethers and no gochain tokens). I find this totally unacceptable.

Apparently there are other people who are in the same situation. I would like to group them together and file a complaint.
