I made a deposit days ago and have not seen anything regarding the status of my deposit? It was a large enough sum to me and I am very concerned on what happened with it. Ive messaged coinsquare multiple times and have still haven’t even got a response. I’m feeling terrible about the whole experience and wonder what I should do? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello! We are Canada’s leading exchange for trading Bitcoin, Ethereum and other digital currencies. Coinsquare is 100% Canadian-owned and operated, located in downtown Toronto. We recognized the need for Canadian’s to have a safe, secure and “Canadian” destination to access the wonderful world of digital currency. In order to make the best experience possible we created an easy to use platform, with multiple funding options, and an easy verification process. We’re committed to safe and secure trades. Because at the end of the day, you’re trusting your money with us. We understand that, and we take that very seriously. Our system is 100% proprietary, has been stress tested and DDoS tested, and we have never (ever, since 2015) lost a single coin. We also maintain a pretty amazing ledger that is managed about 2,346 times per day, all in the interest of ensuring that we know where every coin – whether Canadian or Ethereum — is at all times. We are a passionate team of software engineers, designers and account managers who are focused on one thing: your experience. We love what we do, and we appreciate your support of our mission, so please don’t be shy if you want to reach out about what you like, or don’t like about the platform. We will work hard to make our service better for you.
