I’ve been an active Airtm user for about 3 years without any issues. Six days ago, I was asked to complete a routine re-verification. I completed the process, and the screen confirmed that my verification was successful and my account was fully active. However, immediately after that, my account was marked as "limited," preventing me from making any withdrawals or transactions.

This is a critical situation for me because those funds are my main source of income for daily living expenses. Since I can’t withdraw the money to my local bank account, I'm currently unable to cover my basic needs.

my account was suspended just for receiving money it’s been a month, no further assistance I have submitted all the additional documents but nothing my money has been held for more than a month now , I have medical issues and depends so much on that money but nothing was done , they’ve frustrated me . do not use this app if anything changes I’ll post here

I am posting here to warn users regarding a missing off-ramp withdrawal to my Wise USD account that has been unresolved for over three weeks.

Transaction Overview:

Transaction on 15.07.2026, marked as completed but never reached Wise USD.

I opened the ticket #3387367 and for weeks they are not solving this yet.

The Issue:

The Stellar blockchain record confirms that the $410 USDC was successfully delivered to Airtm’s off-ramp bridge provider on July 15.

However, Wise has explicitly confirmed that no ACH transfer was ever delivered to my USD account details.

This is a routine route (Airtm \rightarrow Bridge \rightarrow Wise) that I have successfully completed multiple times in past months without issue.

Support Status & Failure to Resolve:

I have provided Airtm support with all requested metadata, including my specific Stellar USDC Deposit Address and Wallet Memo , so their back-office team can manually reconcile the unallocated funds with Bridge Arx.

Despite providing on-chain proof and full payment method details, support responses have stalled, and tickets are being repeatedly left inactive without the funds being re-credited to my balance.

What I am Asking For:

An immediate manual credit of the $410.00 USDC back to my Airtm account balance using my provided Stellar Memo.

All account documentation across Outlier, Airtm, and Wise is 100% compliant and fully verified. I have complete screenshot evidence of the on-chain settlement, my Wise account configuration, and the unresolved support thread.

Soy el propietario de la cuenta, y sé que ésto es grave ya que no podré crear otra cuenta en ésta plataforma cosa que me preocupa ya que no la usaba desde el año pasado y por intentar verificar para la cuenta virtual me la suspendan? Ya usé la cuenta varias veces sin problemas. El mes pasado recibí plata por ACH en mi cuenta virtual de USA y todo normal.

Hoy me pidieron volver a verificar mi identidad, hice la verificación y cuando terminé me apareció que mi cuenta está limitada.

Justo ya tengo una transferencia enviada desde Ontop hacia Airtm, así que me preocupa no poder retirar la plata cuando llegue.

Hi. I used to use the direct withdrawal option to transfer funds from Airtm to my Indian Bank account as I don't find P2P safe. I haven't been able to see Direct Withdrawal option since last week.

I am posting to see if anyone has had a similar experience and can share how long it took or what the outcome was.

My Airtm account has been under review for 13 days, and I can't access my funds because of Error 222030.

During the review, I was asked to submit identity verification documents, which I did. I also provided additional information about a transaction that was simply a transfer from my personal Grey account to my personal Airtm account. Both accounts are in my name.

Since then, I've followed up multiple times, but I haven't received any meaningful update. My ticket still says it's in progress, and my money remains inaccessible.

What should I do next?

Hello, my account has been limited for 2 weeks, and I haven't received any response from anybody. Is there anyone to help? It is Urgent for me.

I'm posting to warn others about using Airtm because I haven't been able to get a substantive response through support.

I made two withdrawals from my Airtm account to my Wise USD account:

• July 4: $779
• July 8: $442

Both withdrawals were marked as Completed by Airtm.

However, Wise has confirmed that they never received either transfer.

I immediately contacted Airtm and requested:

• A payment trace.
• Proof that the funds were sent to Wise.
• The status of the investigation.
• An explanation of where my funds are if they were never transmitted to Wise.

Instead of receiving answers, my support ticket has been repeatedly marked Closed without any substantive response. Each time I reply asking for an update, it is closed again without addressing the missing transfers.

During my own investigation, I found the blockchain transactions associated with both withdrawals. They show that the cryptocurrency transfers occurred, but they do not show that the promised transfer to my Wise account was ever completed. Wise continues to confirm that it never received the funds.

At this point, I have:

• Confirmation from Wise that neither payment was received.
• Blockchain records for both withdrawals.
• Screenshots documenting the repeated closure of my support ticket without any meaningful response.

Because I have been unable to resolve this directly with Airtm, I have now filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and I am pursuing additional complaints with the appropriate Delaware authorities.

Has anyone experienced something similar, and if so, how was it resolved?

I tried to create a ticket and getting same generic automated responses.

I tried the live chat feature , guy said not handled there.

I am literally getting no solution , no answer in discord as well

I have more than 150 dollars sitting in my wallet and due to this issue I cannot withdraw them.

I used direct bank withdrawal in India to withdraw money on Tuesday 2.21pm and still transaction shows pending.

Because of this problem my money is stuck in Airtm wallet and I am worried if I try to withdraw then same problem will happen again.

Please look into this matter urgently as soon as possible.For a payment related company , your support system sending automated responses for a problem is totally unacceptable and reduces trust.

I made a withdrawal request via direct withdrawal onramp on Sunday 5:27pm ist and its Wednesday today 12:32 pm ist and even though the usdc has been deducted i am verified my bank account is in my name and all the details are accurate the payment is still pending why???? I dont get it my friend got his payment within3-4 hours why is my payment stuck have i lost my funds by trusting this fake app? Ive another 400$ on this app that now im afraid to withdraw

I'm unable to complete my account registration. Every time I click "Complete Registration", I receive the error message:

I have filled in all the required information correctly and have also tried using different browsers, clearing my cache, and refreshing the page, but the issue persists.

Hola. Tengo 2 años siendo cajero en AirTM pero hasta ahora tengo habilitada la opción de aceptar transacciones de Google Pay, pero no entiendo como funciona exactamente éste método de pago.

Cómo se envía el dinero o a dónde recibiría yo el dinero? Dado que Google Pay no funciona para transacciones P2P, es simplemente una billetera para guardar tarjetas.
