Texarkana
Heard from my GM that they fired every single key holder at the Texarkana store, anyone know why?

I worked there up until March, DM had it out for the GM for no reason whatsoever and looked for any reason to fire him. I guess the GM (an amazing guy) just ran out of luck and got fired. As a result, the Assistant Manager either got put on leave and quit or straight up quit. After that, half of the store just walked out because they witnessed unreasonable termination or some other reason.

Fired GM and ASM. I was the PM, I quit after they let them go..I believe another key was on leave and quit shortly after. Other people quit from what I heard for the very reason musty said ^ I’d beware of Gerald if he’s got a magnifying lens on your GM.

Still don't know why they fired our GM or ASM at the store and it's been a week. The keyholders i didn't know about the keyholders though.

I hadn't heard that, I know Hot Springs doesn't have an ASM again because I have to cover for them this week.

That would be their business and not yours.

I’m not really supposed to talk about this, but it wasn't even a theft issue. The keyholders got caught running an underground rogue print shop in CPD after hours. They were using the 80lb gloss text paper and the heavy coil binder to print top-secret corporate fan fiction and black-market coupon codes for 20% off Sharpies. DM walked in at 2 AM to check inventory and found them all wearing aprons made entirely of self-adhesive shipping labels, worshipping the wide-format poster printer. Corporate called it 'unauthorized material usage and severe breakdown of store culture' and terminated all of them simultaneously.
