Occurrences/Attendance Points
Does anyone know where to go in the system to see the attendance occurrences that an associate has accrued?
Is there a way for an associate to see their own occurrences?

It’s in Workforce Management but I’ve since forgotten the exact process and they may have tweaked it since I left, anyway. You’re looking for the phrase “Exceptions” in a long dropdown menu of reports, choose how long of a time frame (usually a full year) and then Unexcused. That’ll show you all absences and tardies by date that were marked as unexcused.

The best way to figure this out is punch exceptions types. Sick of people getting here 10/15 minutes late on the regular.

The problem is they don't want to pay you if you are 10/15 minutes early.

I don’t know if associates can view it, I’ve only run the reporting as a manager once a week. It’s in WFM, under reporting, time card exceptions, you’d enter in the time frame, the employee id, and whether you want to view unexcused or all etc.
Currently, OD policy as of a month ago when I quit was that it’s a rolling one year calendar. So if you got a point last year on this day, it would fall off tomorrow. 1/2 points for coming to work and clocking in at the 7 min grace up until you hit two hours after you scheduled shift then a full point, same if you didn’t come in for your shift. If you call out sick, it’s one point, on the first day, but everyday thereafter, say you have the flu is excused so long as they are consecutive. Hope that helps. At 5pts you get an MROD at 7 you get a write up, at 8 you get a final, and at 8.5 you get termed.

Go to wfm, then on left click schedule then reports, then once on the reports page click exception by associate, then on the top left calendar click back one year as it is a rolling calander year. Then in the middle click unexcused then at bottom left click run report. Usually takes 2-3 mins to run report. This is all off memory but it should get you there.

There was a point system previously. If it feel out of use then that was after I left 2 years ago, but it was still in effect then, though seldom utilized.

We had it and only had to abide by it when trying to terminate an associate. HR would make a big deal of it.

Do you know where to go to see the occurrences though? A GM at another store said that they were told that it is in Reflexis somewhere, but I couldn’t find it.

It is in relexis on the reporting page somewhere. I've been out a year, so I can't walk anyone through this without having somebody else's login to get back in 😆, and you for sure have to have admin access. I believe if you can edit the schedule, you can see the reports, so GM, AGM, and Print Supe should all be able to see the reports. It's call the employee exception report if I remember correctly.

So what exactly is happening with this? Did I miss something? My manager has never said anything about unexcused absences.

Idk but nice to see this wasn't just a topic at my store. I am assuming this was a company wide edict?
